Level One was created in 2018 as an add on to KGK & Company’s headquarters, bringing together over 40 years of landscape architecture and construction experience. What started as a functional space quickly evolved into something more, an inviting, natural setting where people wanted to gather.
Over time, the property itself became part of the experience. The surrounding woodlands, prairie, and open space were not added. They were carefully preserved and shaped, reflecting the same thoughtful approach that defines KGK’s work.
As more people were drawn to the setting, Level One naturally grew into a venue for intimate celebrations, corporate events, and meaningful moments shared among family and friends.
